Rsync Over SSH

In transferring your data from the local store to the remote store, we use a differential copy program called rsync, and employ strong encryption via a SSH (secure shell) session.  Rsync is the program that we use to synchronise the two data backup stores.  Rsync is reliable and sends only the additions, changes, or deletions over your Internet connection, thereby not hogging your link.
